The crewing department ensures the manning of vessels managed by the Company and of vessels whose management has been delegated to the Company by a third party. To this end, the crewing department ensures recruitment, assignments, planning and organization of crew embarkations, promotions, training, and administrative management. It controls the manning agencies and other crew management company in the context of the management of foreign personnel. Its objective is to man vessels with sufficient, qualified, competent, and motivated crews, in conformity with regulations. To this end, the department implements a policy of staff retention, training, and internal promotion.
